I'm a husband, dad, Air Force Veteran, and photography enthusiast. Although I showed interest in photography when I was in high school, it wasn't until 10 years later that I was inspired to dive into it as a hobby. My first camera (besides a Canon PowerShot point-and-shoot in highschool), was a Panasonic Lumix G85 micro four thirds camera. I originally bought it as a gift for my wife, so she could film YouTube videos for her Beautiful-Budget business. However, she decided to put the YouTube videos on hold for a while, so the camera was not being used. I knew we had a big trip to Europe coming up, so I decided to become more knowledgeable on how to use it. I'm definitely a visual learner, so of course I turned to YouTube University for my photography lessons. In the course of just trying to learn the basics of photography, I discovered tons of great content creators/photographers who showcased some amazing photos. Once I saw what was possible, I was hooked. Later that year I purchased a Sony A7iii on Black Friday 2019 and began diving into photography more seriously.
